My name is David Alvarez. I’m the CEO & Founder of Alvarez Web Services – The Nation’s Premium Search Engine Marketing Firm.
In the last couple of years, I’ve been able to garner a considerable amount of success attaining top Google rankings for our Florida SEO Company, and I’d love to do the same for you.
In recent years, there has been a staggering amount of local searches taking place on the Google search engines. An estimated 2.5 billion daily search queries take place on Google, with about 41% of them having local intent. Those are some big numbers.
The amount of business potential on the internet is enormous and business owners are well aware of that. As a result, the amount of competition to be atop of the Google search results has become extremely fierce and the need for online marketing services has increased.
In addition to that, the web spam team at Google changes their algorithm pretty frequently (there have been 4 changes in 2015 alone) and it can be quite the hassle for business owners to keep up with this turbulence.
And that’s where we come in.
We’ve been able to not only stay on top of the search engine results page through dozens of algorithm changes but also two steps ahead of our competition and other search marketers.
And this is largely due to one thing – we know what Google wants and we are able to consistently execute. Since September 4, 1998 Google has been looking for one thing and one thing only and those are quality backlinks.
The algorithm is designed to find quality sites and put them on the first page. In order to do this, Google takes a website’s inbound links and assigns it a numeric value determined by their PageRank algorithm.
More factors go into this such as the design of the website, page speed, content, social signals, user interaction, signals of user experience, click-through-ratio, and bounce rate – but it’s safe to assume that links make up for about 2/3 of the algorithm.
As a matter of fact, in order to test for keyword competitiveness, I rank websites without any content on brand new domains just to see how far I can take it. And for most local searches, they’ll rank just fine.
And this is the point I’m trying to get at – while Google continually puts out all these press releases to divert people’s attentions and stop SEO’s from manipulating their algorithm, they can’t hide what works. And we’re very good at looking into that.
How Do We Rank Websites?
Here’s a quick breakdown without revealing too much.
The first thing we do is analyze your website for potential penalties. Usually these are easy to detect by looking at update release dates and fluctuations in your traffic or rankings. Here are some quick examples:
Google Mobileggedon – Is your site mobile-friendly?
Google Panda – Does your site have low quality / spun / thin / duplicate content?
Google Penguin – Does your site have over-optimized anchor text / low quality links / unnatural links?
Over-optimization – Arguably the biggest ranking factor. Ranking a website mostly comes down to this and I’m not going to dive too deep into it. Here’s the thing – most business owners that have been in business for a long time have aged websites with strong domains but their optimization is poor. And with most local terms you can generally rank websites by just optimizing the website properly.
Newer websites might need a little more work but search engine optimization usually tends to just come down to your level of optimization in relation to the thematic relevance that flows throughout your website. This is what works and this is what we focus on.
Now, the campaign doesn’t stop after the website is ranked. The next thing we do is called “inbound marketing”. And what this refers to is the tracking of conversion, opt-in, bounce and click-through rates which are all critical components of a strong internet marketing strategy. This allows us to formulate a strategy to increase the user interaction with the website. It’s just not enough to have a website be #1 if it won’t produce any revenue because people don’t find the information they’re looking for on it or if the site won’t covert the visitors into sales.
These are the factors separate us as not just an “SEO Agency” but a full-service revenue generating search engine marketing firm.
If you’re interested in working with us you can give us a call at (573) – 833 0637 or fill out our application form to work with some of the most innovative SEO Experts.
And this is a simple procedure that allows us to screen out the people that we feel we cannot help or work with and instead, allocate our time and energy on those who we know we can produce results for. We simply cannot work with all those who request our service and expertise.
To be eligible for consideration, you must own a healthy business with a steady flow of leads and sales; and also have a established reputation in your market. You don’t need to be the leader of your industry, just as long as your present.
Important side-note: We don’t work with start-up’s, adult-themed material or get rich quick schemes.
If your business meets this simple criteria, we’d be more than happy to perform an audit of your website and see where we can help.
